Return & Warranty Policy
1. Returns:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Linko One Touch. If your product is defective, damaged, or not functioning as expected, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
2. Eligibility:
Product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Must include all accessories, manuals, and original receipts.
3. Process:
Contact our support team at support@linkoonetouch.com or Whats app to initiate a return.
Our team will provide instructions and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement within 7-10 business days.
4. Warranty:
Linko One Touch comes with a 12-month manufacturer warranty covering hardware defects. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
